These Terms & Conditions govern your use of misssiliconeusa.com and participation in services, applications, sponsorship opportunities, and related activities associated with Miss Silicone USA and Miss Silicone Los Angeles.

By using the website, submitting a form, creating an account, reserving or purchasing a sponsorship opportunity, or participating in casting or event-related activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Website Purpose

The website provides information and services related to:

  • Casting and contestant applications
  • Product Placement Model applications
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Partnership applications
  • Judge and media partner applications
  • Event information
  • Sponsorship reservations and payments

2. Eligibility

Certain services are subject to eligibility requirements.

Contestant and Product Placement Model opportunities are limited to individuals who are at least 21 years old.

Additional casting requirements may apply and may be shown on the relevant application page.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some website features may require registration or authentication.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining access to your email account
  • Keeping authentication links and account access secure
  • Not allowing unauthorized persons to use your account

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused or contains false information.

4. Casting Applications

Applicants must provide accurate and current information.

Casting decisions may consider factors including:

  • Personality
  • Communication
  • Stage presence
  • Professionalism
  • Suitability for the event or role
  • Ability to follow production requirements

No prior pageant or modeling experience is required unless specifically stated.

Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship, guarantee participation, or guarantee compensation.

5. Contestant Participation

Selected contestants may be required to:

  • Attend rehearsals, fittings, production calls, and event activities
  • Follow production instructions
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Respect other participants, staff, guests, sponsors, and organizers
  • Comply with venue and safety rules
  • Provide accurate information
  • Cooperate with event promotion and production

The organizer may remove or disqualify a participant for serious misconduct, harassment, safety violations, false information, material rule violations, or conduct that materially harms the event, other participants, or the organization.

Disqualification decisions may be final.

6. Promotional Use of Contestant Information

Applicants and selected contestants may provide:

  • Name
  • Stage name
  • Instagram information
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Promotional materials

Selected contestants may be featured in:

  • Website profiles
  • Social media
  • Flyers
  • Public voting pages
  • Event visuals
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Press and media materials
  • Sponsor-related promotional content
  • Signature cocktail naming or other contestant-focused event activations

Additional rights may be governed by a separate Photo, Video & Name Release.

7. Product Placement Models

Product Placement Model opportunities are separate from the competition.

Model participation may involve:

  • Wearing provided event wardrobe
  • Presenting sponsor products
  • Walking, dancing, or interacting with guests
  • Appearing in professional photo and video content
  • Participating in sponsor-facing promotional activities

Compensation, if any, may depend on the specific model, brand, assignment, or separate agreement.

Participation may include non-cash benefits such as wardrobe, professional photography, video footage, event access, or promotional exposure.

8. Sponsorship Marketplace

The Sponsorship Marketplace allows businesses and individuals to select specific event placements or integrations.

Sponsorship lots may include limited inventory.

Examples may include:

  • Stage branding
  • LED screen credits
  • Model activations
  • Contestant placements
  • Photo wall credits
  • Pool branding
  • VIP table branding
  • Product installations
  • Media zones
  • Beauty activations
  • Vendor opportunities
  • Other event placements

Availability may change in real time.

9. Sponsorship Reservations

A sponsor may reserve available sponsorship inventory for up to 24 hours without payment.

During the reservation period:

  • Reserved inventory may be temporarily unavailable to other sponsors
  • Payment must be completed within the stated reservation period
  • If payment is not received, the reservation may automatically expire
  • Expired inventory may become available again

A reservation does not constitute a completed purchase until payment is successfully received.

10. Sponsorship Payments

Sponsorship payments are processed through Stripe.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before a sponsorship purchase is considered confirmed.

11. Sponsorship Refunds

Sponsorship purchases are generally non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period.

A sponsor may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.

Requests made after 48 hours may be considered individually but are not guaranteed.

Refunds may also be considered where:

  • The organizer is unable to provide the purchased sponsorship opportunity
  • A material error was caused by the organizer
  • The organizer agrees in writing to an alternative resolution

12. Event Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is postponed, sponsorship arrangements will generally transfer automatically to the new event date.

The organizer will notify sponsors of material changes to:

  • Event date
  • Venue
  • Location
  • Sponsorship placement

If a specific sponsorship placement becomes unavailable due to production, venue, safety, or legal requirements, the organizer may offer a reasonably comparable placement or other agreed solution.

If the organizer cancels the event and does not reschedule it, affected sponsorship arrangements will be addressed individually, including possible refund, credit, or alternative placement where appropriate.

13. Sponsorship Results

Sponsorship purchases provide access to the selected event placement or activation, subject to these Terms.

The organizer does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of impressions
  • A specific number of views
  • A specific social media reach
  • Virality
  • Media coverage
  • Sales
  • Leads
  • Revenue
  • Return on investment
  • Business growth

Actual results may vary based on audience behavior, event conditions, platform algorithms, media activity, and other factors outside the organizer’s control.

14. Sponsor Materials and Intellectual Property

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all materials they provide, including:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Product images
  • Advertising claims
  • Brand assets
  • Promotional materials

By providing these materials, the sponsor grants permission to use them as reasonably necessary to deliver the purchased sponsorship placement and related event promotion.

The sponsor remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of its own advertising materials.

15. Regulated Products

Sponsorship involving regulated products or services may be subject to additional restrictions.

This may include:

  • Alcohol
  • Food and beverages
  • Beauty products
  • Health-related products
  • Other regulated goods or services

All activations must comply with applicable law, venue requirements, safety rules, licensing requirements, and event policies.

The organizer may modify or decline an activation that cannot legally or safely be provided.

16. Ticket Sales

Event tickets are not sold directly through this website.

Tickets may be sold through third-party platforms including:

  • Eventbrite
  • Partiful

Ticket purchases are subject to the terms, refund policies, and payment procedures of the platform through which the ticket was purchased.

17. Partners, Judges, and Media

Submitting a partnership, judge, or media partner application does not guarantee acceptance.

The organizer may determine whether a proposed partnership is suitable for the event or project.

Specific deliverables, compensation, access, content rights, or other obligations may be governed by separate written agreements.

18. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party services including:

  • Lovable
  • Stripe
  • Eventbrite
  • Partiful
  • Hosting, database, authentication, and email providers

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

19. Intellectual Property
